What You'll Do

At the highest level, all employees of MySpot must be enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, and committed to performing their job in an ethical and proper manner. The Front Desk Scheduler is responsible for front desk/scheduling activities. The incumbent must maintain and develop inventory distribution controls in accordance with agreed business plans.
  • Answer phone calls and e-mails, greeting patients and prospective patients and reminding them of upcoming appointments
  • Scheduling appointments for patient consultations, procedures and visits with medical personnel
  • Liaise and coordinate with health care professionals about schedules, patients, and any changes
  • Responsible for new patient intakes
  • Checking insurance eligibility
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts as they occur

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Working in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma (or equivalent). However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
