What You'll Do

A typical day at MySpot is dynamic and fulfilling, requiring empathy, analytical skills, and a commitment to improving children's lives. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Match RBTs and BCBAs with clients based on client needs and staff qualifications.
  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure coverage and address any staffing gaps.
  • Coordination and Communication:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for caregivers and staff regarding scheduling, staffing concerns, and other inquiries.
  • Follow up with caregivers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with the behavior team to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Project Management:
  • Develop and implement projects to improve staffing efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and evaluate project outcomes, making adjustments as necessary to achieve objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of staffing levels, schedules, and client assignments.
  • Generate reports and analyze data to support staffing decisions and project planning.

What You'll Need
  • Bilingual English & Spanish is a MUST.
  • Great customer service skills.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) effectively.
    Leverage technology to streamline processes and enhance team communication.
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma (or equivalent). However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
  • Proficiency with scanning and administrative technology.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.

  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
