What You'll Do:

• Provides clinical supervision, management oversight, professional development, and work
direction to BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs.
• Oversees clinical supervision to meet clinical staff certification/licensing requirements.
• Facilitates communication between clinical staff and outside departments (e.g., staffing, billing)
by ensuring formal and informal methods are routinely employed including routine staff
meetings, written communications, electronic communications, and other outlets as identified.
• Treat and evaluate for a minimum of 20 to 25 billable hours per week.
• Provides coaching and consultation to treatment teams to ensure appropriate, professional, and
collaborative relationships are established and maintained with clients' families.
• Intervenes as necessary to support and/or repair relationships with client families, attends to
formal grievances related to clinical programs.
• Maintains good relationships with families and conduct client satisfaction surveys to address
caregiver concerns.
• Consults with colleagues on cases that require a higher level of clinical supervision (e.g.
Functional Analysis, severe and challenging behavior, etc.)
• Oversees clinical programing to ensure optimal utilization of services and resources, to
document that provision of direct care and clinical supervision is consistent with the service
guidelines for all cases.
• Regularly presents findings of clinical efficacy of programs to supervisor with recommendations
for improvement through resource allocation, training opportunities, and company
policy/procedures.
• Manages caseload of clients and oversees staffing/restaffing needs
• Conducts clinical reviews new clients assessments and reassessment reports
• Ensures appropriate on boarding, training, and transition of new staff from training to
independently providing treatment to clients.
• Reviews various reports (e.g. treatment plans) for clinical quality.
• Mentors and develops staff using a supportive and collaborative approach using organizational
behavior management strategies rooted in positive reinforcement; aligns behavior with results,
develops measures, assigns accountabilities; sets objectives; establishes priorities; and
monitors and evaluates results.

• Ensure the efficient and effective management of resources at the clinic. Responsible for
physical upkeep and cleanliness of clinic, liaising with facilities management and center
manager.
• Reviews employee goals and performance on a regular basis while giving feedback and training
for development.

What You'll Need:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
• Minimum Master's Degree
• Licensed Clinical Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Minimum of 5 years of related professional experience working with children with autism
spectrum disorders (ASD) and/or other related developmental disabilities in a multi-disciplinary
team setting.
• Minimum of 3 years leadership experience.
• Exceptional communication skills and situational awareness.
• Willing to travel as necessary.
• Experience in clinical setting.
